By downloading, installing, or using Pricio ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. License

OtterSpark Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Pricio for your personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the pricing decisions you make using Pricio. The app provides data-driven recommendations, but final pricing strategy is your choice. You must comply with all applicable laws and App Store guidelines when setting prices.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Pricio — including the app, branding, and technology — are owned by OtterSpark Labs. The Pricio name and logo are trademarks of OtterSpark Labs.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Pricio is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that pricing recommendations will be perfectly suited to your specific business needs or that economic data is always current.

6. Limitation of Liability

OtterSpark Labs shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of Pricio, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost profits, or business interruption resulting from pricing decisions made with the App.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Pricio at any time, without cause, upon notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Pricio after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
